Introduction to ViralWhen

By ViralWhen editorial

ViralWhen helps you turn a prompt into multiple videos and creative versions. Set up your business, upload your material and create a character sheet once. Then let ViralWhen handle planning, scripts and production, with you reviewing and approving the work.

Welcome to ViralWhen

You have product footage on your phone and an idea for a video. Getting from there to a finished post can still mean writing a script, finding a presenter and making time to edit.

We built ViralWhen to take that production work off your plate, at a cost that leaves room to try another idea. It is for small businesses, creators and teams making videos, with supported research, educational and personal projects welcome too.

Set up once. Update when needed.

Upload your footage and other assets once, then reuse them across future videos. Your character sheet is also a one-time setup: keep working with that character until you want to change it.

ViralWhen uses your website to understand your business. You can refresh that understanding when your website, products or offer changes. Add new material when you need it; you do not have to rebuild the setup for every request.

One prompt. Multiple videos.

Tell ViralWhen what you want to make. It takes on the planning, scripting and generation of your videos and versions within the supported workflow. Your role is to review and approve the work.

Here is what we want to make easier:

  1. Save repeated setup. Reuse your business context, assets and character.
  2. Handle the production work. Turn a request into planned, scripted and finished videos.
  3. Keep creative options affordable. Produce different versions without organising a separate production for each one.
  4. Keep you in control. Bring the work back for your review and approval.

Attention is currency. Give yourself more chances to earn it.

The same product can make a different impression with a different opening, presenter or treatment. Our multi-variant approach gives you options to compare, rather than putting the whole budget behind one version.

Reusing your setup and producing several versions helps keep production costs down. Affordable volume gives you more opportunities to test, compare and discover what works. More videos alone do not guarantee attention; useful variety gives you more to learn from.

Learn what works. Learn what doesn’t.

ViralWhen has a closed feedback loop: available performance signals and feedback feed into future creative decisions. As enough useful evidence builds up, the system can favour approaches that worked and adjust those that did not.

At the platform level, we keep up with emerging viral formats. We plan to use those learnings to further train and improve our AI, so the creative knowledge behind your videos continues to develop.

Our vision: your AI marketing department

Our vision is an AI marketing department a small team can afford: one place to plan the work, make the videos and use the results to decide what comes next. You still decide what is right for your business.

Limits: review still matters

Review the facts, rights and claims in every video. Learning depends on the signals available; no system can guarantee views, sales or virality. Sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitation and other prohibited uses remain disallowed across all supported projects.
